IR Engraving Acquires Decorative Technologies Division of Rotadyne

RICHMOND, VA — IR Engraving LLC, a portfolio company of Cornerstone Capital Holdings, today announced that it has acquired certain assets, intellectual property, and current orders of the Decorative Technologies Division of Rotation Dynamics Corporation (RotaDyne). The purchase includes Wood Graphics, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary based in Cincinnati, OH and the United Engraving operation based in Statesville, NC. Senior management of the Decorative Technologies division will be continuing with the company.
