Cornerstone Acquires Dynamic Transit Products
GOSHEN, IN – Cornerstone Capital Holdings is pleased to announce the February 3, 2026 acquisition of the Transportation Division of Dynamic Metals, LLC. The acquired division was renamed Dynamic Transit Products, LLC (“DTP”), and all operations will be moved from its present location in Elkhart, Indiana to a standalone facility in Goshen, Indiana. Glen Elijah, who was previously head of the Transportation Division, will become DTP’s President and CEO.
DTP has a 40+ year history of providing proprietary products to the transit rail and locomotive industries, including window and door systems as well as related locking hardware. The company boasts a large portfolio of products that are specified into multiple heavy rail and passenger cars that support both new production as well as aftermarket sustainment and overhaul.
