Mr. Alt is a Principal and Founder of Cornerstone. His responsibilities include generating and evaluating potential acquisition opportunities, executing on transactions and post-closing integration, as well as working closely with portfolio company management as they develop and achieve their strategic objectives. Prior to forming Cornerstone, Mr. Alt was a Vice President with BGL Capital Partners, a Chicago-based merchant banking group, where he worked on simultaneous IPO-rollup transactions. He began his career with American National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago (now JP Morgan Chase) in commercial and investment banking.
