Mr. Kramer joined Cornerstone in 2025 as the Director of Business Development after spending three years at H.I.G. Capital on their corporate development team. At H.I.G. he worked on M&A strategy for some of their portfolio companies and worked on sourcing corporate divestitures. Prior to that, Mr. Kramer spent five years at PCR Holdings, an alternative capital advisory firm – raising debt and equity for a variety of businesses.
