Cornerstone Capital Holdings is a private equity firm seeking investment opportunities in the lower end of the middle market. Formed in 2000 with offices in Chicago and outside Philadelphia, our goal is to acquire controlling interests in leveraged buyout transactions throughout the continental United States.

Our primary focus is to acquire low-tech manufacturing and industrial service companies with adjusted operating profits ranging from $1 million to $5 million annually.

Ideal acquisition candidates will have:
either a niche product or differentiating service; be operating in a mature, preferably fragmented industry; and be well-managed with a solid infrastructure.
In all of our transactions, we ensure that management is motivated by ownership and profit sharing opportunities. Our strategy is to work closely with those management teams to provide access to future capital, financial expertise and to help develop and execute long-term growth plans.
